Notre charmant studio est à quelques minutes de la plage, du parc aquatique de schlitterbahn, du golf, des salons, des restaurants et des magasins. Il comprend des piscines intérieure et extérieure, une salle de musculation, une laverie, un espace barbecue extérieur, des glissades en bateau et un quai de pêche. Nous sommes à distance de marche des salons Schlitterbahn, Whataburger, Sonic, Farah's et Pelican.
Louez une voiturette de golf et conduisez jusqu'à la plage, le parc aquatique, les restaurants et les magasins. Faites une petite promenade pittoresque sur Ocean Drive le long de la baie du centre-ville où vous apprécierez la vie nocturne, l'aquarium d'État du Texas, le musée USS Lexington et de nombreux restaurants raffinés!

Perfect for a Beach Vacation!

Stay was amazing! Condo amenities were perfect, location was great and price is unbeatable for what you get. Having the option of an indoor pool & outdoor pool was great, loved spending our evenings fishing off of the dock. Would stay again if in the area!

Property was clean and very quiet at night. Pillows were very, very thin. The bedding was just okay. I think this condo could be really nice with just a small investment.

Things to know negatives first there’s a THERES OTHER PARKING THE PARKING GARAGE THIS IS NOT FOR LARGE VEHICLES! No Wi-Fi, television is a little dated and small so don’t be a tv person. I fortunately am not so it didn’t hinder my experience of being able to open the door and take in the view from both sides of the canal! I would stay here again. I worked a lot but everyone here was friendly and courteous week and weekend. Great communication! CLEAN! friendly and soooooo peaceful adequate cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils!

The condo matched the visual description listed. It was close to the beach, and is right on the canal. Pros- - close to beach - has a nice fishing pier out back , use a shrimp and popping cork and the speckled trout are very large. Wait till early morning or evening - for a quick bite there is a fast food place right next door - condo ac worked well and the hot water works great Cons- Shower head is low, No elevator working so plan to carry your items up 3 flights of stairs that are very slim and steep. The building is very hot inside, old and very dirty looking and poorly lit. The parking is very packed starting Friday evening through Sunday evening. So claim a spot if you have a large truck or suv. The parking garage is very small and hard to move around in . The laundry room is two dollars a load to wash and dry, it’s very hot and the machines are rusted out and have loads of sand in them . It also has a digital purchase option . But he cautious . They will charge you more and may charge twice. The pool (inside) is very hot, not well maintained people always leave trash behind. The grills on site are old, rusty and I wouldn’t recommend using at all . They need replacing. If you get a package , make sure you put your unit number on it. They won’t bring to your room, call the office and ask to have it dropped off or pick up before 5 pm. The unit has no Wi-Fi or television service so bring a mifi box with Roku.

Older building but condo was great.

I'll break it down into cons and pros: Cons: The building was built in the 1960s and definitely shows its age. This was not necessarily a "con" for my wife and I as we appreciated its character, but some may find it off-putting. The parking spot for the unit is very tight which will not pose a problem if you have a smaller car, but it was a tight fit for my Silverado. The majority of the building is not climate controlled, so be prepared. Pros: The condo itself is absolutely adorable. The decor screams late 20th Century which, again, my wife and I found very appealing. The owner provides a dehumidifier which is more than I can say for every other VRBO I have stayed in on the Gulf Coast, and it kept the room comfortable (just be prepared; you will have to empty the bucket multiple times a day. That's the Gulf Coast; is what it is). Owner was very open and communicative and answered all of our questions prompt and honestly. Would definitely stay here again.

Had great time with fiancé at the coast. Condo was clean and comfortable for a 2 person stay. Only process that was time consuming was finding the place because navigation was off. And there was nobody available at front desk during check in but other than that not bad! Would stay again now that I know the process!
