The centerpiece of the property is the stunning backyard oasis. Spend your days lounging beside the massive private pool, unwinding beneath one of two shaded gazebos, gathering under the palapa for afternoon cocktails, or grilling the day's fresh catch. As the sun begins to set, retreat to the rooftop deck where comfortable seating and a fire pit create the perfect setting for evening conversations under the coastal sky.

Inside, Aqua Dreams offers generous living spaces, comfortable accommodations, and entertainment for every age. Whether you're enjoying friendly competition in the game room, preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach, every space has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. For guests bringing a boat, the property offers ample boat parking!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.
• There is no direct beach access from the neighborhood. The nearest beach access road is a short 3-minute drive

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
