The house was perfect for our family and the host was great in to deal with and answered all of our questions. The place was well equipped for the beach as well as the pool. It was convenient to Port A and just far enough away that there was no crowd at the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone interested in staying near Port Aransas.

Everything in this home was quality brands, and truly made us feel as if we never left home! We had a wonderful experience here. The house was beautiful, well stocked with beach essentials, and the kitchen was open and easily accessible for cooking dinners. The house was clean, well kept, and the bathrooms were amazing! The only negative is the beach access with the car was quite far. But, it appears that they are paving a road for better beach access. Getting the golf cart is a must! You’ll want it to get back and forth to the beach.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Mahalo beach house. The views were breathtaking, and the porches on each level were such a treat. The golf cart ride to the beach was short and SO convenient. On that portion of the beach, it was not crowded at all and felt like we had our own private beach to hang out on. The House itself is immaculate, and stocked with anything you could ever need. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze with great quality cooking tools. We have stayed in Port A for many years, and no other house compares to this one. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our trip by one more day. The host was so nice and accommodating. We can’t wait for our next trip!!

We loved staying here. The host has thought of everything you might need and the location is perfect. The beach is sandy, warm, not crowded and less than 5 minutes from the door. Highly recommend and hope to return!

We had a wonderful experience at the Mahalo Beach Home. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The house has great decks and lots of windows, which we appreciated. We drove to the beach everyday, just so we could haul all of our gear But, it was a super easy drive to the beach access roads. We liked that the house wasn't part of a huge community because we loved the privacy and the quiet that afforded.

Perfect Beach House for Big Families!We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. We have been to a large number of rentals for vacation all over the country. I must say this is the best place we have ever been. Beautiful home and they basically thought of everything! The kitchen is unbelievably well stocked. The bathrooms had little extra products if you forgot something. One bath tub for the little guys. Three generations had a wonderful time with plenty of room for everyone. If you can handle all the stairs, it is practically perfect. From high end appliances to Pottery Barn towels, everything was great quality. The pool was great for the kids and the walk to the beach was easy. Just take your bug spray! Lots of beach towels provided. Garage had boogie boards, sand toys and even a wagon to help get all the stuff to the beach. Lisa was extremely responsive if we had any questions. Practically perfect

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, thoughtful Mahalo! Comfy beds, furniture, rooms. Gorgeous decor, thoughtful amenities. Plenty of room for our group of 6, easily could have had more. Fun bunk room which is like its own apartment. Short walk to beach. Everything you could need for eating in, or time at the beach, and handy laundry. We had the BEST memorable week!

Best Vacation House Ever!

This is a gorgeous home with everything you could need. It has SEVERAL decks...our favorites were the ones facing the ocean. Bunk room was a lot of fun with super comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you would need to whip up at-home meals. There were 7 of us but we could have easily added a few more. I loved being the only house in the neighborhood. And the doggies loved the backyard!

Wonderful place to stay!!! There was 9 of us and we still had so much room. All the kids always had something to do with the stockpile of games supplied, the pool, and the easy beach access. This place was also very quiet and relaxing with the multiple balconies, which we fell asleep on listening to the waves. Everything was labeled for easy finding, and I never once asked myself “I wish they had this or that”. The host made it very simple to check-in and out, wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be returning for our future Port Aransas stays!!! Thank you Lisa for providing us a wonderful place to stay!!! Oh, and watch out for the turtles, they were fun to watch in the pond.

Best of the best

We just completed a 5 night stay and all I can say is wow! We’ve stayed at several different beach houses over the years and this is by far the best yet. We made most of our own meals and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. Everything that you need for the beach is included: floats, chairs, towels, even bug spray. Everywhere you looked there were nice touches to make the stay better. Extra propane for the grill, check. Games for the family, check. You name it. The place was spotless as well. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Amazing Port A home and stay

Our family has stayed in various homes and condos in Port A over the years but this one is the best and our favorite!We had everything we needed in the home (well apportioned kitchen, coffeemaker with built in grinder, lots of extras in the garage including sun awning and beach chairs, gas grill, wash station in the garage for oil splotches and outside shower). This home is the only one in the community and extremely quiet and perfect for two families sharing a beach get away. And, the kids’ retreat in the first floor is so sensibly and thoughtfully done. They have their own refrigerator, shower, kitchen sink, access to the outside pool, etc. We stayed 5 nights and did not want to leave! So well worth the time and the money for this home! We will be back soon!
