The living room boasts a comfortable sectional sofa that conveniently folds out into a queen-size sleeper, perfect for movie nights with family and friends. Adjacent to the living area, the dining table seats six, while the kitchen bar seats four. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with all stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar, and ample counter space for meal preparation.
Step outside onto the deck area, where a charming spiral staircase leads to a crow's nest offering panoramic views of Port Aransas—an ideal spot to soak in the sunset or sip your morning coffee. The primary bedroom on this level features an ensuite bath, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation.
