The house was great, AC works great, all the kitchen utensils were great, the blender leaked so it would’ve been great to know to take my own..loved all the labels on the light switches. It really helped, pool was great, the string of lights on the upstairs balcony would’ve been great, but they kept shorting, and it was affecting the Lights in the upstairs bedrooms so we gave up, everything was really great. The only thing is that you really need to look at your water pressure because for a house is this size we were really disappointed with that because for women who have thick hair you will spend a lot of time in the shower.. this was even when just one person was showering.. overall it was a great experience

Family Easter Getaway

The Moxy was a perfect getaway for our family over the Easter weekend. You never know if the house will be exactly as the pictures show, but we were very pleased with the floor plan, space for everyone, decor, cleanliness, pool and just minutes from the beach. The team was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely book this house again. We had a blast

Girls Pickleball Trip

Our stay was amazing! House is great with lots of room. We had 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Beds were comfy, pool was awesome and house was really close to everything!!

Summer Fun

This is our 4th summer trip to Port A and our first stay in this house. We will definitely stay again. The house is amazing. So much room and plenty of parking for my family. We prefer a private pool and this one is nice. The covered pool area has it all. Excellent communication.

Summer getaway

Wow!

This house was a fantastic find. Having a private pool at the beach is great for lazy mornings and evening swims. The kid's room was adorable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed eating on the patio as a 10 person group and the kitchen was incredible. Tons of counter space and everything you need for when you want to cook at home on vacation.

We had such a great time, we ddnt want to leave. Well, I actually thought we were set up for departure on Thursday not Wednesday. We were contacted promptly and very courtiously by the agency. I gave everything a 5 star rating....YAY! The bedroom layout was perfect, everyone had the space they needed. The Kitchen was large and seating was perfect. However, I did want to tell you that the kitchen was not supplied with Pots & Pans to feed a large family of 10. The Pots were too small and so was the crockpot. There was not a tea pitcher big enough to fix tea for all of us. It's just minor things but we were having to juggle the two small cooking pans to make it work. We would rent it out again.

Great Beach House

Perfect

Perfect beach house for family. Clean and comfortable. Rarely have I been this happy about the level of cleanliness in a rental or hotel. Beautifully decorated. We went sharking, crabbing, collected seashells and played in the water. We had such a good time and check out process was so simple and easy.

Luxury in Port A!

WOW! What a beautiful home in a spectacular location in Port A. The home is very large and had all the bells and whistles needed to make this the perfect beach getaway! The house is just a short 3-5 min walk to the beach (or at least that is how fast it felt- even the kids didn't complain!) and just minutes by car to all the restaurants and stores of Port A. In addition to the beach, the teens enjoyed the foosball table and the super high speed internet, the younger ones liked the games that were provided and all of the movie channels, and the adults loved sitting out and relaxing on the huge deck. It was a memorable vacation for all of us and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Port A.

Spring Break 2022

The Moxie was an excellent choice for our family and friends. The kids had their own space and the adults had privacy! The beach was a little bit of a walk but not bad at all. The only thing is the house is on a lively street; the public beach entrance is at the end of the road where we had to enter as well. The house was sparkly clean and we appreciated all the house had to offer! Highly recommend.

Beyond Expectations

The property is beautiful, very clean, well-decorated, fully stocked, and literally a five-minute walk to the beach. There wasn’t much this home didn’t provide (we needed salt/pepper and, understandably, if was not provided); plenty of towels, beds in great condition, plenty of room for our family of seven, we cooked many meals in the kitchen and had more than we needed. Washer, dryer, and outdoor shower were used daily and all worked great. This was the perfect setting for us to relax and rewind over Christmas. Decor is so tasteful and one of the reasons we picked this property; many homes we looked at were so gaudy. I can’t thank the owners enough for all the support they provided before/after our trip and the beautiful home they opened up to us.
