Best Vacation Home in Port A

This house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. The location is perfect and the view of the golf course is the perfect way to start your day. The sunsets on the patio are amazing. If you want a place to stay in Port A, look no further. The management was very easy as well and provided us with everything we need. This home is perfect!

Great experience!

We loved this house. Clean, new, cute, and big enough to accommodate 8! We loved the living area with enough seating for all to relax. The grill was great! We loved being close to the pool and the quick cart ride to the beach. Golf course was awesome, too. We had a great time! Thanks so much. We hope to return for future stays.

Beautiful house for our family wedding and anniversary!

Beautiful and spacious house was perfect for our family and guests as we prepared for our daughter’s wedding at Palmilla Beach Resort. The living area was very open, with great natural light, creating a beautiful beach vacation vibe. The deck overlooking the golf course was perfect for relaxing morning coffee and reading and catching a pretty sunset after a great day at the golf course, pool or beach! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at home and support comfortable snacking and conversation. Overall, perfect house for a small or large family vacation.

Beautiful home!

The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked! The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again! Just a warning, bring plenty of bug spray. There were a ton of mosquitos due to being on the golf course!!!

Worked, but not the best

Layout is a bit of a tough deal with the bunk bed room directly off the kitchen. Had a couple of small issues but really just the layout and it felt a little beat up for the price. Palmilla is always great. No problems there except they really tightened up on the pool and yeti cups as well as kids having wristbands.

Fun Beach House

The location is great! We rented a golf cart and the beach was so accessible. The open kitchen and living area was a great spot to hangout after a day at the beach. I’m only giving it 4 stars because the living area is on the second floor, which is not great for older adults. Also, the air conditioner downstairs would not cool very well. It very rarely got below 77 degrees in the two bedrooms down stairs.

Everything’s Great at Sandy Toes

Our group of 6 enjoyed our 5 night stay over Thanksgiving. The home had a kitchen full of all the items you need to cook and serve a feast. Just bring the food. The bathrooms were stocked with everything from soaps and towels to a portable, lighted make/up mirror. Beds were very comfortable. Location great for golfers. Cable TV available on all TVs. Wished they allowed dogs. Views of golf course and sunsets unbeatable. The communication with guest services has improved 100% since last year. Highly recommend.

Perfect family vacation at Sandy Toes!

We just got back from our visit at Sandy Toes and we all agree it’s the best home for a family trip. First of all the house is gorgeous and the decorating is just beautiful with lots of beachy touches. There is ample and comfortable seating, super comfy beds with beautiful linens and good pillows, and such nice fluffy towels to dry off with, too! The homeowner has spared no expense in providing everything you might need for eating, drinking, and cooking meals. Plenty of silverware and dishes and cups, too. It honestly has one of the best locations on the property within walking distance to pools and fitness center, and it overlooks the ninth hole on the awesome golf course so you get the best sunset views. The only issue we had was with the Texas size mosquitoes- they were hungry! So be sure to bring your bug spray or you’ll be running to town the first night of your trip. We will definitely be returning - hope to make it an annual affair!

Great home, watch out for neighbor

The house was perfectly stocked and VERY comfortable! Owners did a great job. However, if you are bringing children, watch out for the neighbor across the way (house also on the golf course). He no likey kiddos and will call the office and even the POLICE when confronted to be nice. Turned our weekend upside down; what a shame in such a great spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great stay at the Palmilla Beach Retreat. The home was incredibly clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated. We really liked having the separation of a couple of rooms downstairs as well as upstairs and all the bathrooms. The kitchen was totally stocked with just about anything you would need and I really loved the open layout. Having the view of the golf course was really nice as well. The house is just a short walk to the pool and the boardwalk for the beach. We loved being able to rent a golf cart and drive around that was a lot of fun. We had an issue with getting the oven to turn on when we first arrived (it's a very nice gas oven but I think maybe it had been sitting idle for a while?) but the property management company was very quick to respond and help offer advice on how to get it to turn on. After several tries we were able to get it to turn on and after that we had no problems cooking with it. Other than that, the home was really perfect and we will definitely be coming back and staying here again. We loved it! Thank you to the owners and the management company for a lovely stay.
