Check-in was easy, lock box on the door & it contained 2 keys. Place was clean upon 1st walk through, went to take a shower 1st night & found a short black hair on the shower wall. Then found to long black curly hairs on the floor next to the toilet bowl scrubber. There was a few larger coffee splashes on the kitchen wall to the left of the sink. Next, we had no hot water from Thursday, Aug. 7th through when we checked out on Sunday, August 10th. Reported it on Friday morning, never resolved. The I got a wild rash from the bedding (not bugs yall!!!) it was whatever brand of detergent is used, had to come home & immediately go to urgent care. My son also found a hair in the ice cube trays, ewww! I didn’t find out about that until this evening. The place is okay, it is very small, tvs are small, the floors for being a beach town were not gritty/sandy (yay!) my family & I have stayed at multiple places in Port A & unfortunately this was not a family favorite. Also, there are cleaning/host fees then they send you a link for an “incidental/damages waver that costs you more . With the fees you already pay, it’s just kinda icky-like if you clean the place & do not damage anything-give that money back. Just my thoughts. I’ve been in contact with the management company and nothing has been done, HELLO NO HOT WATER!!!!!
