Location de vacances de particulier à Cos Cob

« We had a wonderful stay. »

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops. »

« Very nice property. Smooth process. Clean and nice. »

« This was such a wonderful place to call home for our first night away. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, private, safe and welcoming. We were four women traveling alone and the privacy was top notch. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and everything felt clean and cared for. The communication was wonderful from start to finish and made the whole experience easy. This was also the first place I saw fireflies and it was magical. Between the fireflies, bunnies and...

« Comfortable beds and close to good food »

« This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! »

« Very clean, modern and comfortable. Host was helpful and a great communicator. We will definitely stay again! »

« An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...

« The property location is picture perfect for anyone who loves the water and sunsets. I would caution that getting to the house from the road can be a challenge as it is a significant stairway. The homeowners were great, very accommodating and a pleasure to meet. As dog-owners we truly appreciated the ability to bring our pups with us.The town, just a short walk away, is very charming and offers quality food options and quaint shoppes to browse and shop. There is a park on the water that...

« We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us. »
