„I couldn't have been more pleased with this lovely room, located on the main artery of Sienna just steps from the Piazza del Campo! Perfectly clean, modern, friendly staff... a delightful stay in an amazing city. Highly recommend!“

„All is good but the room is not air-conditioned, so it was too warm.“

„Eine geheime Perle mitten in Siena!“

„Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Residenza del Puca in Siena und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft sollte man sich vom etwas ungewöhnlichen Eingang nicht irritieren lassen – dahinter verbirgt sich eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. „Appartamento confortevole, Lorenzo oste disponibile e molto simpatico. Faceva molto caldo e l'aria condizionata sarebbe gradita. Borgo piccolo ma interessante, ottimo ristorante vicinissimo. Ci torneremo!“

„Staff were so lovely and helpful! The location was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. I loved everything about my stay!“

„Perfect location, very close to Duomo and Campo. Comfortable stay. Our host Camilla was a mine of very helpful and interesting information.“

„Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gefallen. Es hat alles gepasst und ich würde auch wieder kommen.“

Altogether the family was very nice and helpful (could leave my luggage at early arrival and go explore). The room was cute with a comfy bed, maybe a little overstuffed with mismatched old furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. A fridge and a kettle were provided. Only upon arrival I realised that my room did not have an ensuite but a shared bathroom. ...

„Estadia maravilhosa, super central, limpa e atendimento super rápido dos proprietários.“

„The location is impressive - right in the historic area . It is very authentic and atmospheric. It challenging in some ways. Parking is difficult and inconvenient. Inside there are challenges for older travelers or those who aren’t physically strong - difficult staircases, inadequate railings, uneven floors , etc. “

„Marta and the staff were wonderful. The 13th century Palazzo was amazing The accommodations were very comfortable and wonderfully clean.Marta helped us with recommendations for things to see and places to eat.Breakfast should not be missed!“
