„Excessive texting by owner. A house rule is that you must respond. I received texts at 2am while sleeping. The rooms are part of one condo/apartment, there is a partial wall outside of the suite entrance. Photos and full video available upon request.“

Coffee shop and small grocery are just around the corner.Listing is accurate and host communicates very well.We found the studio apartment to be tidy and the bed comfortable. There are residents with families living in the other units beside and above.This is a residential area across from a community park and near a school. Lots of family activity in the neighborhood. Area is very walkable.“

„My family of 4 stayed at this property in June 2026 and it was WONDERFUL! The location is perfect; right on the main street of San Clemente, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the beach/pier. The unit itself was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer as well.
