CopperCorner - New Luxury Condominium

Lofts of Old Town is now introducing our 3rd Luxury Full Condo Rental, CopperCorner. CopperCorner is our second floor, one bedroom luxury condo, located in the Heart of Wine Country in Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town right on Main Street. Imagined by Verde Valley locals and built from the ground up, every inch of this space is designed to create an unparalleled lodging experience.

The space
This Luxury amazingly spacious one bedroom, full office, 2 full baths, 1,350 sq. ft condo is equipped with every modern comfort including 2 large decks. This condo features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows with 9 ft ceilings to let natural light pour in. You can open the front sliding doors to the large wrap around Main Street deck where you can enjoy Main Street from above. The spacious, comfortable living room with ample seating has a 75 inch flat screen Smart TV. The main bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, high-end plush mattress with top-of-the-line cotton linens. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the private back deck off the bedroom, even sip your coffee in your pj’s. The large walk-in custom closet provides space for everything you want to bring. The ensuite main bath features double sinks, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The second hallway bathroom also has a large walk-in tile shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads for convenient bathing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker and pour over coffee maker as well as a 10 cup Mr. Coffee are provided along with coffee, tea and various sugars. For those who work while vacationing, you have your own designated office with high speed internet.
Every room is equipped with European AC/Heat mini splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer for guest use and we strive to use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom.

Outside security cameras ensure a safe and comfortable stay. CopperCorner is a second floor condo. You must be able to climb outside stairs. Please see pictures.

Need more room? Book our MAIN STREET LOFT or our BOOTLEGGER’s LOFT at the same location as well. With all 3 condos, we can accommodate 8 guests total.

You can park your car behind the building. There is one reserved parking space for you. Additional parking is available on the street or in the public parking lot next door.

Once you park your car, you will enter the property through the front courtyard gate. You are staying at the CoperCorner on the second floor, condo B, on the left. To let yourself in, use your last 4 digits of the phone number you booked with.

Old Town Cottonwood is centrally located between Sedona and Jerome.
