Communication was good. Home is perfectly clean & very cutely decorated & we loved sitting out by the fire both nights. Suggestions: a little step or stepping stone to get in the front door would be good. I have short little legs & ended up setting a piece of wood on the turf by door to step up on. The views are amazing and the cabin has everything you need and more for a great family vacation.
