It was very warm in the apartment when we first arrived. I told them about it & maintenance immediately arrived with a small window unit for the bedroom. « GREAT place would go back in a heartbeat. My only add-on would be a microwave in the future, more so on an extended stay and leftovers lol. We reported a couple of SMALL issues and they replied rather quickly. We did not go to the Lake due to temps and not sure if I missed info on Lake access. All in all a 10 out of 10. This was our first Air B&B type experience and very happy! Also thanks for our nice surprises! »

« The property is in an area where there are a lot of vagrants/homeless people. When we pulled up to the property there must have been a dozen or more sitting in front of the building. Waiting to get fed by the local food kitchen. Drug paraphernalia littered the area and there was a smell of urine.
