« The property was just as described. It was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. My family is not uncomfortable that there were un housed people in the area. We felt safe the entire time. If you have not spent time in an area where there is a homeless population I could see why you would be a little uncomfortable. Considering No Frills was in the title, we were pleasantly surprised. The location is walking distance away from anything you wish to do or eat in Portland, and the VIEW is breathtaking.
