„The listing and reviews for this do not accurately describe several issues we experienced. First, you are docked right next to a party boat company with a flag called PVD VIP. At 3 am we were rudely awakened by people screaming on the deck boat with no warning. They do not have a listing on google maps. I hope the owner sees this review and files a complaint so more guests are not woken up by people screaming at 3am. Another issue is the photos do not show how small the entrance sliding door ...

„DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic ...
