« A perfect location if attending an event at Climate Pledge Arena. Just a short walk to your event. Very clean and loved the minimalist decor- it was warm, inviting and comfortable. Incredible views of downtown and Puget Sound- fun to watch the ferries and cruise lines go by. Highly recommend this place! Would stay here again. The owner provided very clear communications and instructions as well as suggestions for good restaurants in the area. »

« The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that »

For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. « I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. »
