Hotel Covington

« The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town. »

« This property welcome to pets and an extra guess that I had with me that wasn't on my reservation without an extra charge they were very nice about any occurrence I would stay there again the rooms were decent »

« Everything was good. Beds were clean and looked new. Just wish the fridge wasn’t in the bathroom area and on some small stand. I hit my toes a few times because the fridge sat on floor and judging where it opens you better patient (lol). It’s a preference thing. It would have been better between tv and desk. Also a minor thing the shower handle wouldn’t let us change temp of water. But overall - I did enjoy this hotel & location. I would stay here again and recommend it. Oh and wish it had a...

« Basic room. Toilet paper was almost gone with no spare in sight so had to go down to the office and get one. No breakfast but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. It's an ok place- very basic but quiet. »

« We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone. »

« Very nice stay. Easy access from highway, great little local bar/restaurant very close! Room was nice, clean, cool and bedding was fresh and comfortable. TV was hit and miss, remote didn't always want to work and some of the channels wouldn't come in clear, others were perfect, weird. WiFi was spotty, phones worked but IPads etc wouldn't connect. « My bed liner had what looked like semen on it..the shower was too small, no liner. The toilet looked like it had urine right in front of the toilet. Although there was a blackout curtain the light shined right into room in the bed. The staff was nice, but they allowed my adult son into my room without calling me, asking if it was ok, or even for identification. My room key did not work multiple times.
