"Beautiful, big, modern room looking out over the river. Very quiet and convenient. The bath was big enough i could lay down all the way, I am 5'8". We were misinformed regarding the breakfast, if you want it a 12£ book the night before, or you're stuck paying 17£. I spoke with manager about it, she was very nice and understanding but did not reimburse us the 10£, which i found a bit cheeky. If we were back home in Montreal, they would of reimbursed us! Customer service is quite different in Scotland. "

"Très bel hôtel autant pour famille que pour couples . On s’y sent bien, si vous recherchez un endroit calme cosy et un esprit cottage , c’est parfait. Typiquement l’hôtel où l’on a envie de passer ses week-ends en famille. Très belle salle de restaurant et jardins incroyables. "

A outrepassé largement l'ensemble des autres hôtels que nous avons subi pendant notre tour d'Ecosse. A proximité du Loch Lomond et du Conic Hill. A conseiller très fortement"
