« we were put in a smoking room as requested. once we arrived we noticed our tv would not turn on. i called the front desk and the lady working was so helpful. she came to our room and fussed with the tv for quite awhile before determining the tv was just not going to work. she offered to see if she had another smoking room available. after some time she called to let me know the only room she could find available was a non smoking room and the floor was all wet (it had been raining earlier) we...

« This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by. « Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

« Plenty of parking. Clean room. As a single woman traveler I felt safe and secure on the property. Water pressure for the shower was excellent! Nice and quiet in the evening. I have back problems and the bed was not very comfortable for me, but I'm sure for most it would not be a problem. Loved that it had a mini fridge and microwave. »
