« Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. « We got here 20 min early, they said our room was not ready yet. Didnt get in until 3:30. The room was nice but the elevator or soming makes a lot of noise all night. We asked to move and they put us across from the other elevator on the same floor. The hotel is non smoking but our neighbors were smoking on the deck. The maintenance guy came over and told him its a 250 fee for smoking. So he put it out. The parking fee is 15 on the website but was over 18.00 with fees. The General manager ...

« Hôtel bien placé mais pas au top au niveau accueil, propreté et petit déjeuner. L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaud mais ça allait quand même. Foule au niveau du petit déjeuner avec une file d’attente pour avoir des gaufres ou une table déplus de 20 mnLa personne du petit déjeuner est très énergique mais à 8h59 elle accélère encore pour tout arrêter même s’il y encore la queue. La propreté générale est moyenne. Manque d’entretien global. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....
