The Space:

Location Location! My 2nd floor Elevator accessed Condo-tel unit has big Windows with views of the West Elk mountains in the distance. This cozy studio unit with jetted tub sleeps 2 comfortably on one king bed. Space has coffee, toaster, microwave, and a small refrigerator. No cooktop or kitchen in this unit. Other condo amenities include cable TV and high speed WIFI. Outside parking with EV charging. One on site parking pass per unit, additional paid parking available next door Elevation hotel underground.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).



Guest Access:

Key code lock on unit 281 door located on the second floor, West building, North end of hall. Code is sent to you before your reservation check in on the Airbnb app.
