« The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!! But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. « Waiting nearly 1 hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and after 2 phone calls is not what I call good service, especially after being greeted by "sorry but..." »

« The fitness center was a joke 2 bikes and a treadmill which did not work; floor was sticky carpet was moist. Never had houskeeping over a 4 day stay. Breakfast was pedestrian. »

« Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again. »

« Friendly staff and very clean. When we first arrived, we just missed social hour, but the lady serving up the appetizers offered all that they had left to us. We actually ate that for supper and watched two of our favorite TV shows in the lobby. Very sweet people! Great experience! »

« Filthy property. Everyone except the sheets and towels is dirty. Do not stay here. Room smells of mold and the bathtub does not drain. Just awful. If you are used to the Quality Inn you brand will be very disappointed. »
