„Stayed for total eclipse and it was a perfect spot. One queen and two twins with large common space was just enough space for 4 adults and large dog. Kitchen was large enough to cook though we squeezed around a two seater round table. Large bathroom and laundry a big plus. Took full advantage of sunny days and accessed trans Canadian trail from the back door. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful value. Did not realize property was duplex but we never heard any other people.“

A number of small details made this cabin homey and convenient, like lots of places to hang wet towels, board games, and a plethora of throw blankets for snuggling on the couch after a cold day of skiing. „My wife and I booked this cabin to watch the April 8th, 2024 total solar eclipse. This was one of the best vacation decisions of our life, we thought we may have to hike a bit, but we were so pleased we could see it right from the deck of the cabin. „We had an amazing stay at the Memory Lane Farmhouse! It was decorated so quaintly and it was a perfect space for our little family during a wedding trip. „The cabin is a perfectly fashioned and equipped. The property was beautifully covered in fresh snow. People in the area are very friendly and always helpful. „Sollte es mal jemanden nach Presgue Isle in Aroostook County verschlagen, können wir dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück okay und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Kanada. Einen anderen Grund dort zu nächtigen, können wir uns zumindest für Touristen nicht vorstellen.“
