„Comfortable,very clean home, well stocked with all the essentials plus thoughtful extras (toiletries, snacks, hot chocolate fixings, coffee and K pods.) Sunrise AND sunset AND dolphin viewing from the dock AND front porch! Saw some of the decorated holiday Floatilla parade boats go right by the dock. Hosts are very responsive and check in was without issue. The hot tub was a welcome treat as the weather was freezing. We didn't fish but probably will try that next time. „Really enjoyed our stay at this Pebble Beach Condo and appreciated our host’s flexibility in allowing us to update our dates due to the arriving n’oreaster and unexpected personal plan changes. We did attempt to take advantage of the free pizza deal, but Papa John’s did not seem to be aware of the deal and there were no instructions for using the deal, so we made other dinner plans instead. Otherwise, it was a fabulous stay and I’d still recommend this wonderful condo. “
