What a great stay! The house is so clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Charity has thought of everything. The kids loved playing pac-man and we loved the huge kitchen for cooking and hanging out. A wonderful and relaxing few days exploring all the fun things the area has to offer.

Family time in Crystal River

This property was spacious and clean. The attention to detail and helpful items needed that came with the house was really nice. The kids loved that there were books and games available. The fire pit at night was really nice in a private backyard! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

This property was lovely! Very clean and had pretty much everything. One of the best things is that there were condiments, etc already in the condo when we got there. I miss those days where you don’t have to buy salt, pepper, and ketchup when you stay a a property. House is fairly secluded so it’s nice and quiet and we were able to enjoy the hot tub in peace. This house had everything and would definitely stay again.

Manatees and Memories

We had a family group of 10 people spanning 3 generations. There was room for the folks who wanted to watch football, those that wanted to play games (Uno, which was at the house) and those who just wanted to talk and catch up. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining table was perfect for all 10 of us. 15 minute drive to town and the Manatee tour ( Fun2Dive) and everyone had a wonderful time. Host was responsive to the one question I had, which was already answered in the instructions, but she responded right away. I have nothing negative to say and you won’t be disappointed with house, the hot tub, the fire pit or the location.

Best VRBO house I have ever stayed in ! Perfect

Booked this house to celebrate early Christmas with the family and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful ! Plenty of space for multiple things going on . The kids had a ball with all the games inside and outside . The house description is spot on and literally has everything you could think of . Our host Charity was great and even asked if we wanted Christmas decorations put up - including a tree! Amazing ! What a treat ! I even joked I’m moving in permanently. It was that nice . My dream kitchen too. Highly recommend this property , and plan on staying here again in the future . Thank you Charity for being so prompt answering any questions I had also . Very refreshing and professional .

Thanksgiving with Family

We had a wonderful experience! The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. The property is close to walking trails and the home was comfortable. The owners were very responsive when I had questions and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. We did the swim with manatees and it was amazing!

Lovely spacious home

Evacuated from home at the last minute and very happy to find this listing available. As soon a I booked my reservation I was in contact with the host throughout the storm. She went out of her way keeping me updated on the notifications coming in from the county on the status of the watches, warnings & areas of concern. After the storm passed we were able to enjoy the comforts this home has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood, spacious home with many areas to relax and spend time with family. I would love to return for a quiet retreat.

I’ve booked with VRBO for the last 12 years, and this property, by far, stands out as one of the very best! There were 8 of us cousins (female, in our 50’s) staying here to spend a weekend catching up as a reunion and to see the manatees. We enjoyed the hot tub on chili nights, as well as the well placed heater, and awesome fire pit. The open floor plan made for nice gather spots for us all to chit chat…..and the bedrooms set up was all we needed. The beds made for a comfy sleep and that kitchen……wow! We were able to cook our meals there every night. We highly recommend the Biscuit Barn for breakfast as well as The Tea House for lunch……the owner had such a thoughtful gift waiting for us there from the Tea House. Also, the Pizza Joint in Dunnelon was fantastic! Everyone in Crystal River area are true examples of Southern Hospitality you’d expect, especially Charity…..this property’s owner.

Great house! Excellent amenities! Had everything our family needed and more. We had a large group so we cooked a lot. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked. Fire pit was great and enjoyed sitting on the back patio. Favorite thing in the area for us was tubing down Rainbow Springs. Charity was a easy to reach and a great host!

Beautiful home in a great quiet location.

Just like the pictures. Extremely clean home. The family loved the peace and quiet and wildlife that visited us daily. The host checked to make sure we got in ok and if there was anything else we needed. We brought our 22 ft boat plus kayaks with no issues. Very accommodating for our needs. Would highly recommend this home!!

Quiet Location Great for Groups - Swim with Manatees!

This home is absolutely fantastic! A large "great room" that is plenty of space for a larger group. We had 4 adults and 3 pre-teens and we all felt like we had plenty of room to relax without feeling like we were on top of each other. Large, comfortable rooms with all the necessities. The bathrooms and laundry room are all clean and adequately stocked. The kitchen has lots of counter space, is clean, and is not cramped. The backyard space is lovely and has everything you could want to relax, or if you are looking for some fun, Charity provides a ton of outdoor yard games. The home didn't come with beach towels or a cooler, but Charity graciously offered to lend her own personal beach towels and cooler for us to use and dropped them off on the night before our first beach day. She also text some recommendations for local sightseeing and dining. We HIGHLY recommend checking out Crumps Landing for lunch or dinner, they have such an awesome atmosphere and the food and drinks are great as well. If you have kids, try to go on Wednesday night because they have "Kids Night" with face painting and a DJ. The house is about 10-15 minutes from Crystal River's main downtown. We also highly recommend booking a swim with manatee tour with Fun 2 Dive, they are fantastic! All around wonderful vacation, thank you Charity!

Spacious and Modern Home in a Beautiful Secluded Area

This rental is even more beautiful in person! We had a group of 10 and we all had a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are very large, and we loved how open the kitchen and living room felt! We could be cooking, watching a movie, playing cards around the dining table, and still feel all together. The backyard is HUGE, and we definitely enjoyed playing some outdoor games and throwing the football around. The fire pit was great for making s'mores and enjoying the cool evening around the fire. The large hammock was also a fan favorite with my group. Charity was more than helpful, and super attentive to anything we needed. You won't regret staying here!
