„Large property that has stunning views. The rooms were big enough for 8 of us. The house was warm during the cold new year. We foubd the private lane so inly a short walk to windermere and its in a lovely area. Check in was easy, the kids liked the various gardens and we had a big new yrs eve meal atouvd tge large table. The multiple baghrooms were handy. “

„We really enjoyed our stay in the Lake District, the property was conveniently located in town in Windermere close to the train station where you could take buses to other towns on the lake. We had amazing hikes and saw beautiful views in old English towns. The property was comfortable but the landing on the upper floor has multiple levels right outside the bedroom and bathroom doors which was concerning with children. “

„I stayed Monday to Friday as I was working in Whitehaven. Kitchen had everything I needed, bed was comfy, nice reclining sofasvand good wifi. House was well located, took a stroll to the castle in the evening and the co-op supermarket v. close, quite big and with a good selection.“

„This stay should have been great. The house itself is huge, each of the rooms are unique and there are gorgeous views. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the hot tub being dirty and the maintenance company and host were very apologetic, but nothing was actually done about it and I have had to complain directly to VRBO. The overall cleanliness of the property wasn’t great but we could have overlooked that as it’s quite a large property so I understand how areas may have been missed. Shame as the ...

„Property was as expected but some areas needed attention. Kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned, the work tops felt sticky in places and there were discarded bottle tops under the fridge door and half used bags of chips, pizzas etc in the freezer. The lounge was comfy but smelled as though dogs had recently stayed there. The hot tub area is nice but the water needs cleaning. Bedrooms were lovely and the bedding fresh.
