« Great property for 3 people. It was well equipped very clean . Location perfect for Hawkeshead for all amenities. Will definitely return. »

« Loved this hotel We booked here last minute for a little mini moon after getting married last Friday We stayed 2 nights and everything about this hotel was amazing The reception staff were fabulous and so was the man who greeted us when we come showing us to our room and showed us how to use the hot tub. Can’t fault this hotel at all and was just perfect to what we needed We happened to mention it was our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a roof top room I thought the Champers on arrival was...

« Superbe lodge en bord de lac. Spacieux, confortable, cuisine américaine aménagée. Balcon. SDB, 2 toilettes. Très propre. Personnel très accueillant. Seul bémol, il faut ajouter £10 pour avoir accès à la piscine. »

« A stunning hotel in an incredible location right on the lake, with breathtaking views throughout. The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the resort were excellent, but the real standout was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. Would definitely recommend Low Wood Bay and would happily return. »

« Personnel vraiment très accueillant. Chambre de belles dimensions pour le prix avec petit dej énorme inclus et parking gratuit. Grande salle de bains (toilettes dans la sdb). Lits un peu mous mais ça va. Très belle terrasse sur le lac. En revanche le resto est cher et la brasserie bruyante. Il vaut mieux diner dehors. »

« We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry" It is a shame !!! Avoid this hotel ! You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

« Lovely staff, decent hotel and in a great spot, but something between Expedia and the hotel went wrong and we had to check out of our room at 11 and into another at 3, even though we were only there for 2 nights. I agreed to this as it was too late to hunt down another hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were really lovely, but our room was made up as a double, when it should’ve been a twin. I was desperately tired after a seven hour drive and wanted to lay down, but couldn’t as they said the staff...

« Cette hôtel était vraiment parfait , nous avons passer un très bon séjour »

« The city double was so much better than expected. Spacious room and big bathroom. Breakfast had good choices. The gatsby bar was a beautiful area to sit and drink the night away. Staff were very attentive. »

« Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to cancel our reservation at the hotel, which we did by telephone four days before our expected arrival. When the hotel refused to refund our prepayment, we asked for a raincheck, which they didn't even answer. »

« We stayed one night at the hotel The restaurant was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals there , both dinner and breakfast. the room we booked was a superior room, we were a little surprised to find 2 bunkers in the room (as well as the king bed) but it was quite spacious in the room so it was ok. »

« The person at the reception had a very inappropriate behaviour. The welcome was cold, to such a point that we did not stay in the hotel for the diner. Piscine (nice, good temperature), sauna (not warm enough - could not even sweat) Jaccuzzi (out of order). Wifi limited to Whathsapp and Facebok. TV poor quality (channels). Room quite big, good confort with 2 kids, a plus »

« Excellente restauration aussi mais attention si vous n’aimez pas la coriandre »

« We had cabin 1 and it was great. Hot tub, wood, everything was lovely and well thought out. Everything you need was there »

« Excellent séjour et excellent rapport qualité prix »
