« A stunning hotel in an incredible location right on the lake, with breathtaking views throughout. The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the resort were excellent, but the real standout was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. Would definitely recommend Low Wood Bay and would happily return. »

« Personnel vraiment très accueillant. Chambre de belles dimensions pour le prix avec petit dej énorme inclus et parking gratuit. Grande salle de bains (toilettes dans la sdb). Lits un peu mous mais ça va. Très belle terrasse sur le lac. En revanche le resto est cher et la brasserie bruyante. Il vaut mieux diner dehors. »

« We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry" It is a shame !!! Avoid this hotel ! You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

« The city double was so much better than expected. Spacious room and big bathroom. Breakfast had good choices. The gatsby bar was a beautiful area to sit and drink the night away. Staff were very attentive. »

« Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to cancel our reservation at the hotel, which we did by telephone four days before our expected arrival. When the hotel refused to refund our prepayment, we asked for a raincheck, which they didn't even answer. »

« We stayed one night at the hotel The restaurant was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals there , both dinner and breakfast. the room we booked was a superior room, we were a little surprised to find 2 bunkers in the room (as well as the king bed) but it was quite spacious in the room so it was ok. »

« The person at the reception had a very inappropriate behaviour. The welcome was cold, to such a point that we did not stay in the hotel for the diner. Piscine (nice, good temperature), sauna (not warm enough - could not even sweat) Jaccuzzi (out of order). Wifi limited to Whathsapp and Facebok. TV poor quality (channels).
