„This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! “

„This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character. Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well. Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly. The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal. It’s a work in progress. Walking distance from the Maras Salt Mines through a little village Overall, I’d come back and would recommend “

„I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. „The Ecolodge Don Felix was a comfortable place to stay while touring in Quillabamba. It’s set in a beautiful spot by the river that is wonderful to listen to through the night. We enjoyed the pool and watching the chickens roaming the site during our stay.“
