This place has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS BEING RENTED UNTIL QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS IT PERSONALLY!!! This was false advertising of a so-called park-like retreat, but it’s a small, dumpy, roach-infested suburban house that is completely unkempt on the outside, front & back, with no window covering in the master bath that fully exposes you to the alley & walking trails of the park behind the house. The master bath was also where the infestation of ROACHES (not ants, not cockroaches) swarmed all over the sink & shower. Speaking of the shower, in the 3/4 master bath, the curtain was a foot off the ground that allowed water to go everywhere… But we all had to use that shower because the nozzle in the hall bath was broken & burned my young son. Speaking of scalding water, there’s no cold water. And not just because it’s summer in Texas, there was NO COLD WATER. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with necessary items like sponges or dishwasher detergent to do dishes. None of the windows had adequate shades or blackouts, just thin cloth curtains. And for the price I paid, I’m disgusted. The pictures and description are WAY better than the real thing & has no business charging what it did. That was my first experience with this company. Never again. The customer service was a joke who listened to the host & not the guest with pictures & video evidence of everything…. So this review should NOT be a surprise because I documented and contacted support (useless) to let them know.
