The property was okay, but their pillows really are not pillows. they are cushions with pillowcases, we requested regular-size pillows and were told "no" that was all they had. Also, the curtains in the rooms should be able to close all the way.

my friend and I stayed here for a weekend, the property needs a hood cleaning, carpet smells of smoke and just plain dirty. Customer was service was great HOWEVER, breakfast can definitely be better. There was a very tiny station that served rotten strawberries, bacon had no flavor, and eggs were not good. Only good thing was the waffle. They can certainly do better with breakfast.

Weekend getaway

Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Check in and out was speedy and the room was clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a little loud, but since it was in the closet it was easy enough to close the door and dull the sound. My only "complaint" is that the breakfast area is very crowded, especially on the weekends, and there is no overhead lighting in the dining area, which was strange. I also didn't realize they made fresh to order omelets. There should probably be a sign (unless I missed it). Overall very nice stay. Will stay again for sure.

Good stay... fix hot water issue

Trip was good... liked the stay and property overall... had issue with hot water in shower all our stay... need to address this isse--no one wants to run water 20 minutes to have a "almost warm" shower!

The front desk lady was very frindly and helpful, i just had a room that is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. So she changed it for me , but the 2nd room ac did not work and she changed it again. People are helpful the property need some work to be in a better shape. The room clean rating i would give it 7.5

Our room was like a furnished apartment with a complete kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooktop and microwave, ceramic plates, glasses, wine glasses, silverware! We were very pleasantly surprised!

The location in Richardson allows great access to Dallas or north to Plano. Lots of restaurants close by. The cost is great compared to others in the vicinity. If staying more than a day it's nice to be able to have a small kitchen to keep leftover food.
