This was honestly the best destination for me and my family coming from 3 different states this was amazing because this home was large enough to accommodate everyone and there personal space while also being intimate enough to gather all together for our family dinners and outdoor activities. My host made themselves available day or night if I had any questions or concerns-and help me change last min updates without any worry or hassle. The only bad thing about this home, is that my family will never want to go to another theme park or beach again! Lol Robin

Great location and roomy!

We booked this home because of the convenient location to attractions for our summer trip. The house is very spacious! The kids loved the pool, putting green, and the pool table. It was very hot the week we stayed. The house gave us a nice break from the heat. The host was wonderful to work with, and very prompt with responding quickly to resolve our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Irving area!

The house is in a great location for the Dallas/Fort Worth area and can easily accommodate at least two families with kids. It also has nice amenities, such as a pool, hot tub, pool table and putting green. Unfortunately, the property is extremely dated and is in dire need of basic repairs throughout. The wooden deck is a tripping hazard, toilet seats are damaged, the bath tub drain was clogged and many other minor issues exist that could easily be fixed. The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. Some of these items were addressed with the homeowner on the day of arrival. Others were not, because we were not going to spend our entire vacation working through these issues with the homeowner.

Excellent place to relax and recharge!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The hosts were very kind, courteous and prompt in their communication with me. The property was just as described. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and recharge.Location was excellent. We were just down the road from grocery store so we were able to get some groceries for making a few meals at the house. I would certainly stay again and would recommend this property to any other group looking for a place to stay in Dallas or the Las Colinas area of the city.

Nice bright and well layed out home

Overall very happy with the place and will love to come back again perhaps during summer. The primary reason we rented this place was for the swimming pool and wished it was warm. As the weather was cold the plan did not work out as expected. There are a few items such as the pool table and bunk beds that will need some TLC, as they are weak and wobbly

Overpriced & not as described/pictured. Several maintenance issues, most concerning is: the sliding doors in the living room do not lock; one has a security bar & chain, the other has nothing but the broken lock. Management is very slow to respond to messages or texts; when I called to request help, the non-locking door was not prioritized on our first night or even the next day as promised so by the afternoon we gave up & just bought a dowel at Home Depot to place in the track instead (we left it for guests after us). I felt very unsafe sleeping the first night with a completely unlocked door. House looks clean at first but windows, ceiling fans, couches & living room rug need a good cleaning. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty, the hot tub is nasty. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Bring your own pool towels, kitchen towels & paper towels as there are none.

Family enjoyed our stay very much. House was just as pictured and in a great neighborhood. Close to excellent restaurants in Las Colinas. Great location! Great stay!

The property was awesome! Complete with pool, pool table, a putting green and a ton of room. Amenities were great and the owners were easy to communicate, very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Will stay here again when I return to DFW!

Enjoyed our stay

More house than we needed for our small group. I chose this property because of its proximity to Grand Prairie, where my daughter lives, and for all the amenities: pool, hot tub, billiards, ping pong putting green, and firepits. We loved the outdoor seating and used the hot tub and laid out by the pool every day. We were central to Fort Worth and Dallas, The beds and pillows were comfortable, and our host was very communicative and responsive. There were a few maintenance issues at the property. Broken patio chairs, burnt out light bulbs, a kitchen drawer that threatened to fall out every time we used it. There weren’t any dish clothes or dish towels that we could find, and some of the door locks were really hard to latch. However, it was less expensive than other similar properties of the same size, and had more amenities than others available in the same area. The house had beautiful vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, was super comfortable to spend time in and we had a fantastic stay.

Quick stay in Texas for appointments

This place is fantastic. Everything you see on line is absolutely accurate and better. We grilled out and enjoyed the hot tub….wonderful! Beds are so comfortable!!!! Our son loves pool. He noticed the ball drifting a bit. My husband looked under the table and could see a bolt missing on a leg. I sent a message of the problem. I could not believe they were there fixing this in 30 minutes! Place is extremely clean, comfortable and fun to be in! Loved our stay!!!!

Great Stay!

This was a perfect property for our group. Everything was exactly as pictured and described online. The check in process was amazingly simple. The property management is extremely responsive to any questions or needs. The property was clean and welcoming as soon as we walked in the front door. Loved the backyard with the pool, hot tub and plenty of room to sit and hang out. All of the TVs are smart TVs which makes it very easy to watch what you want to watch. There is so much entertainment at this property with the backyard, pool table and ping pong table. Finally, the check out process was a breeze as well. I would highly recommend this property for your next family or group gathering. I would absolutely stay here again.
