There are two propane tanks on site for the gas grill; if both are empty, please get in touch with the host to refill them.

Additional notes:

A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.

NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.

Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home.

Sound: No amplified sound or excessive noise is permitted at any time.

Quiet Hours: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise during these hours.

Garbage: The garbage day is Tuesday. We ask that you wheel the garbage bins to the alleyway at the end of the carport on Monday nights and/or on your departure date as applicable. 

Fireplace: The gas-operated fireplace is available November through March. A handheld igniter and gas key are provided on the mantle above the fireplace.  Please place NO MATERIALS in the fireplace.  

Pool Waterfeed: Please do not move or adjust the pool waterfeed in any way.  It is on timer and must remain in place to properly control the water level.
Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.

Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and one in the backyard.
Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $250 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
