I had a very disappointing experience staying at this motel. First of all, the place was extremely crowded and noisy, which made it very uncomfortable to relax or rest. The room itself was incredibly small and in very poor condition. It honestly felt neglected and not well maintained at all.
What made the experience even worse is that the listing clearly stated that the room included a small refrigerator. I specifically chose this motel because of that detail, but when I arrived, there was no refrigerator in the room at all. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising.
When I spoke to the employee at the front desk, he simply told me there was nothing he could do about it and didn’t even try to help or offer any solution. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no effort to provide another room or any compensation.
Honestly, the least they could do in a situation like this is refund my money or offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the misleading information. Customers should not have to deal with false promises and poor service like this.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with overcrowded conditions, poorly maintained rooms, and unhelpful staff. I am still waiting for a response regarding this issue.
