Quiet and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Not the cheapest option in the area but still good value. You get what you pay for. Business-oriented, convenient to Plano and Richardson. Access to the rest of Dallas if you need it.

This hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable. Staff was very friendly - shout out to Curtis at the Valet Stand! The interior of the hotel is so pretty. Rooms are very quiet. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Great facilities at this property, room was large, clean and well maintained, leisure area is great pool is large - and gym well appointed). My only issue is that I wish the towels would not be changed every day, there is a sign saying they are only changed if left on floor or in bath but mine were changed every day so I wish they could be more sustainable. Also I ordered room service once and that came with all disposal plates/containers/plastic knives and forks - is it time to start using normal plates and knives/forks that can be washed.

Terrible experience!!!!!!!
A problem with the HVAC unit prevented us from having a restful night’s sleep. A knocking noise within the unit that occurred about every 10 minutes throughout the night kept us from getting any sustained sleep. Just when we would doze off it would occur again. We called the front desk multiple times and they sent an engineer who adjusted the temperature a bit but the noise started up in the middle of the night. At checkout we told them about the problem but they couldn’t do anything but waive the parking charge since we booked the room via hotels.com. At least that was their excuse to not have to comp us on the room. Not only should we have been comp’d, they should have issued a credit for future stays at a Renaissance Hotel.
