The mall is beautifully decorated with the holiday theme and has a huge carriage almost like one made of ice. The outside of the mall has trees all decorated with white LED lights for about a mile.

Our stay in Dallas was for several rounds of golf. The house was centrally located with only a 20 minute drive or less to each course. It did have 4 bedrooms with 4 queen size beds which was perfect for us. With the house we were able to pull our vehicle in the garage at night which was nice. The kitchen, pool and hot tub were all nice. The pool table could use some repairs on the pockets but usable. The complaint i do have is the living room furniture needs replaced with comfort and quality for the price they are getting. Other than that it worked for us.

Golf weekend

Stay was very nice. House was centrally located for our needs. Hot Tub was used after a round in the links. Rooms were nice and multiple larger beds (queen size (4) and king size (1)) was definitely a plus.

Just a suggestion

The property is very nice and plenty of sleeping space. We also enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is how uncomfortable the living room furniture was. There was 7 adults and it was very crowded and not comfortable at.

Nice house

The kitchen,living room, bedrooms, guest bathroom were nice. The master bathroom could use some work. The wood floor is water damaged and buckling and causing an odor. The shower is missing one of the doors, most likely the cause of the water damaged floor. The pool, hot tub, & patio area were great. Overall nice place to stay.

So So place

The house is very awkward in terms of the set up. It says that it sleeps 12 but 6 of those beds are small bunk beds that an adult would have a very hard time fitting into. Also the hot tub had only 3 of the 6 jets working which was a big disappointment.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool! House was nice. We were expecting two bathrooms and only had use of one as they resurfaced the bathtub right before we arrived. The fumes were unpleasant. Overall it was still a nice weekend.

Our experience was not good, my children found ashtrays with marijuana ashes in the patio and also on the entire table outside, the house is well equipped but it is very old and with an unpleasant smell, the neighborhood is in a not very good area, the pool and the jacuzzi is what it is worth, but in general the house is not worth the price it has per night

Home away from Home

Once a year my siblings and their families gather to celebrate our father's life. This house really accomidodated each family member from the 10 year old to the 45 year old. It literally had everything we needed as if we were home. Goldnest really has a great team, I will look to rent their properties when I am in Texas in the future. We highly recommend them.

You can do better for the price

This is an average suburban tract house in an average Dallas neighborhood. Don’t let the wide angle photography and frequent use of the word “luxurious” fool you. For the amount they charge per night, you can do way better. I think their vacuum cleaner broke before our stay. It was clear the carpets were not vacuumed, and there was a broken one in the garage. One of the bed frames had broken slates, making the mattress sag. The drains were slow, there were holes in the drywall, water damage around the shower pan, and one of the two toilets had a standard size seat on an elongated bowl. The only way this house sleeps twenty is if some people curl up on the floor. The pool is nice.

Great House!! Extra clean ❤️love the pool❤️

We enjoyed this property. They also made more accommodations on a last minute change and was very helpful. We had everything we needed in the house check in check out was seamless. Property management was also very nice. We were in town for a USA 🇺🇸 Baseball Tryout and they made us feel at home. Thank you, we will be back if in Dallas area again.

No better place to visit the DFW Area!

This was our first experience with a VRBO. From our first contact with the owner, he was responsive to our email inquiries and texts, though we never spoke on the phone. He answered all of our questions about check-in and the rental process and the property. Our overall impression is that this is a home away from home if you are traveling with infants and children to the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Three generations of our family rented the home and we all had enough space to be comfortable. The comfort foam beds insured a good night sleep from day one, the neighborhood was safe for families, the fold out infant crib and high chair kept our infant on schedule, and the big screen TV and high speed internet was a hit with our older kids. The property is located in Carrollton, Texas minutes away from a shopping area. There was no issue in getting incidentals, the fridge stocked, ordering barbecue or otherwise enjoying the property. If you are coming with your family to the DFW Area, I don't believe that there is a better place to stay for the value!

Long Distance Move
