The property wasn't terrible. However, when I arrived the apartment had not been cleaned since the last guest was there. The apartment also smelt like smoke. The smell migrated into my clothes as well. When I got there the dryer did not work, and when I let the host know they said they would fix it. Instead of fixing it they removed the entire dryer with my clothes still in it. When I asked them to locate and retrieve my clothes they made no effort to do so. After weeks of asking them where my clothes were I finally sent them an invoice for the lost items. I continuously asked them for updates for around 6 weeks, yet I received little to no communication from them. Finally they told me since I authorized the maintenance on the dryer they would not reimburse me for my personal property that was taken by them. Overall, they seem like a pretty shady company. They do not seem to care about their renters, they do not communicate well (sometimes it took days and multiple messages to get them to respond), and they certainly have no interest in resolving issues.
