« Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. There were some issues though - the mattresses are quite uncomfortable, especially the master. There were air fresheners throughout, and at least one bedroom had a heavy pet odor. « This property is peaceful, comfortable and nostalgic. The gem is the screened patio with gorgeous views of historic oaks! We appreciated the well stocked coffee and snack bar - very nice touch. We were a party of 4 adults visiting for a wedding and we were very comfortable. Thank you to our hostess »

« The house was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the was trash still in the trash can. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed at tons of VRBOs and never left a bad review, sad to do so for this property. »
