« It is actually difficult to pick what’s best about this place, is it that you are less than a minute walk from the beach, or that it feels incredibly spacious yet warm and cozy inside, or the above-and-beyond amenities that Pete and Cathy have included? The only thing that would’ve made this place literal perfection was a view, but you can even have one if you are able to book their top floor.Please, if you stay here, take full advantage of those amenities, they have bikes, wetsuits, outdoor...

« The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. »

« This was an amazing place! Pete & Cathy have thought of every detail and the condo was very well equipped. And the location is fantastic, easy short walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. This is my new go to place whenever I visit San Clemente! »

« Everything was great. You had everything we needed. Fresh towels, beds were fantastic. Kitchen was well supplied. Having tissue was a plus.The nice bottle of wine was a plus and the drinks in the fridge. Supplied coffee and creamer.Taylor was so helpful with my suitcase up the stairs.
