« Attitude was a real deal breaker for us. After arriving to our room we discovered the lights were out for 3/4 of the room - particularly troublesome for the bathroom. Went to front desk and waited about 20 min for someone to come and check out what we assumed to be a fuse issue. Another 20 min and problem is not resolved. Go to the desk to get an update and Miss Attitude is very sassy despite the patience and respect we afforded her. We had been on the beach all day and wanted to shower and head...
