« The room was small yet clean and provided everything a traveller needed. It appeared as advertised. Given it was on the Princess Highway, it was a bit noisy from the constant traffic.
The Bistro was good, food good and very popular. It was difficult to get a table, which was a good thing as it was well patronised. »

« After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand.
When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

« Very dated rooms.
Crying out for a renovation .
The noisy air conditioning unit for the whole hotel was on the other side of my window .
The bathroom had gaps where tiles used to be .
And the beds had one clean bottom sheet only, so everyone slept with a quilt on them , that had been in contact with the previous occupant.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone . »

The shower needed a good scrub.
