my issue is not with the property, the A/C was broken on the day i checked in the owner tried yo have it fixed .... bottom line it was not ..... ( not the owners fault) MY PROBLEM IS VBRO WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND EVEN THIUGH I STAYED AT ANOTHER PROPERTY AND PROVIDED PROOF OF THE ISSUE. ..... 2 weeks later they say im in line at the escalation dept. but still no refund
