Sheets and rugs stained. Charged for my service dog with proper service dog identification. Community microwave only. No frig on property. Long term rental guests kids could run all over inside and outside of property at all hours of day and night setting off car alarms providing guests no privacy or quietness to sleep or relax. Hotel clerks were rude.

Carpet felt like playpen mats and looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in months. Restroom fixtures had brown age/smoke stains in a non smoking room. Felt like a hotel an 80's cop would stay in. Bed was comfy.

Do believe the website for this hotel very bad exp
The hotel was nothing like the website it had no swimming pool did not do daily room service the hotel was 30 bathroom had urine all over the side of the toilet where it wasn't clean the room stunk the hotel needs to be updated the outside security doors were never closed overall experience not good at all my opinion do not stay at this hotel run

It was terrible. Dirty and smelly. I will not stay at another Oyo if they are like this. When I told him I wanted to cancel he said no. I will be calling my credit card. At the least he should ha e cancelled the second nite!!!!

Roach Motel
Truly a roach motel. Boric Acid in the hallways and the room to kill the infestation. Hotel smelled like dog or cat pee. Ice machine wasn’t even plugged in. Shower however was decent. Thankfully I got a good rate on Hotels.com.

This place is disgusting, since I arrived I had to stay outside in a rainy cold night to check in; then I entered the room to find the linens have not been changed, they were stained and dirty. The hotel is noisy, located in a very unsafe neighborhood. Right outside the hotel you can smell marijuana. The lady at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. People, stay away from this place.

Nothing! It is NASTY!! I DID NOT STAY!! IT IS A LOCAL DRUG HOTEL! Also because of being Local... They refused to let me stay! I have been charged for the room anyways, when the clerk told me that I would have to call Travelocity to get my money... When it was pending for 2 days in my account ... All they should have done was release it... Because they refused to let me stay! It also is not stated that you can't stay there if you live within so many miles! The pictures of the rooms are NOT AT ALL PICTURES OF THESE ROOMS AT ALL!!

The Hotel shouldn't be open at all. It smelled very bad and was very out dated. They only excuse was they are remodeling. But was told that's what that Company does is Buy old hotels and fix enough to rent out THEN on to next property and leaving unfinished. It had roches all in the bed. And the Name has changed to Oyo. Its making The new Company look Very bad. The Better Business bureau need to be called. Hotels are getting away with doing bad business and then want a $100 deposit for what?. I really feel i should have got All my money back and paid for having to stay there.

It was a last minute place to stay for the night but the guy working was rude & repeated himself a few times about having to pay a deposit next time because I went through the Expedia app to reserve a room. I don’t get why you need to pay a deposit if you didn’t do any damage to the place & he told us that before we ever went to our room...

You get what you pay for and that’s not much
Probably the worst place we have ever stayed but it was cheap. The place smelled and they were doing renovations!! My main concern was there was an exposed wire in the room in front of the ac unit. My son brushed against it and was shocked. I addressed ok with the manager and was told it was not possible as it was a thick cord. He argued with me and basically said was lying then shut the window to the office in my face. My other concern was that upon check in we were made to pay a $100 damage deposit. I was told it was because we paid online. Then young lady in the office wanted cash but I refused so she put it on my card. It was just released several day’s later. Basically we would never stay there again. Poor management and shady characters in the parking lot but you get what you pay for!!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this place is absolutely DISGUSTING! I have stayed at many places all over the USA and this place is by far the worst, it should be shut down!!!! As soon as we walked down the hallway we came across leaking from the roof, which didn’t even have a ceiling. The ceiling was exposed with wires, which is very dangerous. The floor was also soaked, with lights flickering. Under the stairs there are old tvs and outside mattresses all along the fence line. After 20 minutes of our key card not working we entered our room, which stunk the WHOLE night of mildew and gone off milk. There were cockroaches and bugs everywhere. The ac was louder then a chainsaw. We woke up to bed bug bites all over our legs and arms and spotted bed bug droppings along with the rips and stains on the sheets the next morning.

I liked absolutely nothing but the price. The room was nasty with dead roaches in the floor, pubic hairs in the bathtub that wasn’t cleaned and nicotine stains running down the wall. A maintenance man told me I shouldn’t be in that room. It was out of service for renovations. It was dreadful and the manager/owner would not allow me to change rooms.

The room smells like mildew. We were told this was their best room because they didn’t want to give us a smoking room because the room that we got smelled bad anyways. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor all night. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and blanket of the non-smoking room that we got put in.The staff here was incredibly nice fireman is like I am living in the projects for poor people. Also there are 4 stacks ofMattresses in the corner of the parking lot and there are broken air conditioner is inside the hotel being hidden and stored under the stairwells. I would not recommend this as a hotel for anyone to stay at it is terribly disgusting

Arrived to check in on Friday and found hotel in a disaster The rooms were all open look like they were spraying for Bugs and rooms looked like they were never touched The sheets were yellow and rooms smelled. We stayed there to watch my nephew race the other Reviews on here were bogus!! Don’t stay here

Discustingggggg. While i was checking in the front desk lady kept asking me over and over if I wanted to stay here which was odd to me because what kind of employee questions the stay of a guest. So she warns me to check the room out and let her know if I need to change or anything . Walking down the hallway to my room smelled like something died in the motel . Maybe a sewer line broke and the smell seeped into the motel giving it a green smell and wet dirty look. As soon as I walk in my room there’s a baby roach in the sink and a big mama roach crawling on the wall, the smell seem to have gotten worse and everything looked dingy. The big ass roach on the wall sent me running out and i tell the front desk lady (who was really fidgety) this room is not safe to stay in. Before i left I went back and only the baby roach was in the sink so i just got a photo of it and the room number signs on the floor. Then there was this guy that kept looking at me while i was walking back and forth and it made me really uncomfortable. He watched me walk down the hallway to the room and all i could remember was the front desk lady’s voice warning me about certain things and was this one of them. Being a pretty lady I get my fair share of attention but i do not wish to be watched and stalked in a place where i am supposed to be staying . Just very uncomfortable situations (HOTELS dot com won’t let me post the picture )

We did not stay. Check in host was rude and demanded extra money on spot and 200 dollars extra to hold for room damage. Did not stay and still trying to get refund.

Do not recommend any one staying at this establishment. Service sucks, rooms are dirty, beds are not comfortable, bugs in room.

The rooms were not clean, the tub ran all night, rust in the drain, dead flies in the window.

We didnt get the room shown in the pictures . It was terrible. We left 2minutes after our check in . The room was dirty and smell very bad . Im still waiting for a refund . A traveled around the world and i never saw something like that . Dont go at this place
