« Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...

« For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting »

« Room was very nice and comfortable all amenities provides. However the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere with views of nothing but trash filled lots. Not ideal for tourist but wedding and business guests. Restaurant food was good but service very slow sometimes taking up to an hour. Lots of construction was going on at the time too multiple power outages. »

« The room was exactly as advertised. Big and spacious. Hot water was good. Rooftop restaurant is wonderful with great service and very good menu. Very nice spread for breakfast. Also, when we asked for extra supplies in the room they were very promptly delivered. All in all a very good stay. »

« The hotel is brand new and the service was excellent. The owner Amol, went extra mile in help booking the rides from airport to hotel and for the local rides. He even tracked the driver early in the morning 5.30am to make sure I reach the airport back on time. »

Avons essayé le buffet du soir , très très épicé, dédié à la clientèle locale, n'avons pas renouvellé l'expérience, tarif très avantageux. Chambre correcte, très bien nettoyée, tv 5 monde. Attention au bruit la nuit , c'est énorme, on entend tout d'une chambre a l'autre, clients peu respectueux, portes qui claquent.4 nuits d'enfer. »

« We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed...
