Back door and frame need to be replaced. It has air leaks; water comes in at the bottom when it rains. AC filter was totally clogged. Filthey recliner with broken arm should be replaced. « This is our second time staying at SunPlace and it was even more amazing. This house has everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, so you can cook meals from the house and not have to go out for food everyday. The house is beautiful and makes you feel at home vs a hotel. The outside shower is awesome, especially when coming back from the beach. There is only a 5 min walk to the beach and there is a guest closet with beach accessories, so you dont...
