« Our stay was for 9 days. The house was spotlessly clean.It’s very comfortable with many ammenities, especially in the kitchen. A drawback is that there’s no interior dining table. The outdoor picnic table is good, as long as it’s not raining. The kitchen counter indoors seats only 2, so that’s a drawback.There was a huge, violent storm our fourth night that knocked out power and internet to the entire island.Power was restored quickly, but we were without internet for 5 days, although friends...

« Amazing stay and location!! Literally could fish off the deck! Had amazing view of the gulf, so gorgeous! Loved having the hot tub on the cold nights seeing shooting stars, so amazing! Great house, plenty of room for two, but of course there was plenty of room for a larger group! My husband and I enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and then eating on the amazing back deck! It has two bathrooms and the water pressure was great! The host were amazing and answered any questions we had right away...

« Loved the pool. Great option to the beach that could be crowded at times. The house was very pet friendly and loved that we could take our pet with us to Tacky Jacks right down the road. Beach supplies at rental were a huge plus as well. »

« We had three families: 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5-yr old for almost a week. In one word, our stay (and this property) was PERFECT! And Doug and Rose were great hosts - excellent communication.As the name "Steps to the Beach" suggests, the beach is quite accessible. Direct 200-300 ft walk from the corner of the house. Peaceful.The adults took the three king bedrooms (each with a nice bathroom); the 3 boys took the room with the bunks, which has bathroom also accessible from the common living...
