« Our stay was for 9 days. The house was spotlessly clean.It’s very comfortable with many ammenities, especially in the kitchen. A drawback is that there’s no interior dining table. The outdoor picnic table is good, as long as it’s not raining. The kitchen counter indoors seats only 2, so that’s a drawback.There was a huge, violent storm our fourth night that knocked out power and internet to the entire island.Power was restored quickly, but we were without internet for 5 days, although friends...

« Beautiful waterfront location. We enjoyed the lovely views and watching the boats pass by. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Swim spa was definitely a plus. Older home which has had a little updating but was tidy and clean inside. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« It was a very nice place with beautiful scenery. Would have been nice to have more toilet paper. 8 women and 3 rolls of toilet paper was not enough. I had to purchase some more. »

« Right on the water, waves crashing underneath you. Hot tub while overlooking the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. We loved our time here! »

« My friends and I rented this place for a week to have a peaceful and restful vacation, and this place delivered! It was right by the beach, secluded, was clean and spacious, and the owners were very communicative. Would love to book this place again next year! »

« We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay! »

« This house is huge, spacious, view is good, and very close to beach. Location is good, just few minutes walk to the beach, outside seating and dinning area is good to enjoy view and spend time with family/friends. We had kind of three age groups and everyone was able to find their own area of enjoyment. House is also nicely decorated. There are few chairs, umbrella, toys, a wagon to use in the garage. Host (Neil) is very responsive. We had issue with kitchen sink drain, it was extremely slow...

« We had an amazing time with friends. The house was so clean and cozy with everything we needed and more. The decorations were adorable and the outdoor area was precious. Do not have anything negative to say about this place! 10/10 recommend! »
