The pool pump didn't work so, we didn't use the pool. It wasn't able to be heated. The pool was green and dirty, debris was on the bottom of the pool from a hole in the lanai cover. The video games in the garage did not work. The pool cue sticks didn't have tips, the cue ball rack was broken. The door in the downstairs bedroom was blocked with sticks which is a fire hazard. The doors were not easy to open they stuck. The a/c was regulated by the host. She stated that the pool guy was going to come fix the pump and clean the pool all that was done while we were away was that a hose was strewn across the lanai and dropped and left in the pool. When I contacted the host she stated it's fine that it's like that and if it bothers us to move it out of the way. When we arrived I looked around to see if there were laundry baskets and there were not. We went to Disney one day and when we came back they showed up. I don't appreciate someone invading my privacy and she didn't even ask if it was ok to go into the home when we weren't there. There was one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom that weren't even full and one roll of paper towels for 6 nights. For the money it's not worth it. Poor maintenance and upkeep of the home, they defintely only do the bare minimum. It's listed for up to 10 people I couldn't imagine that many people staying there. False advertising.
