Wunderschönes und sauberes Haus

Ein ganz tolles Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Die Poolheizung ist ein tolles Extra. Die Größe des Hauses ist für mehreren Generation optimal. Es gibt genug Platz, so dass sich jeder zurück ziehen kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Big villa in a nice location

We have enjoyed 3 weeks in this Beautiful and spacious Villa in February 2019. The Villa iself is big, very well equipped and has a TV in all the bedrooms plus in the living rooms. The outside deck area offers a lot of opportunities to relax and enjoy the pool. The owner as well as the local Agent were very quick in resolving any issues and answering questions during our stay and before. We just have 2 comments/recommendations: 1. You do have to be aware that not even the basic supplies are offered. So, arriving from Europe, we had to buy things like salt and pepper, oil, etc. which you would normally find in a rented property because the prior rentor would have left those. 2. The Villa is located in an area where a lot of construction is going on. This should not be a problem if you plan to be out all day visiting the parks, but can be disturbing if you would like to enjoy a quiet day at the pool. But overall we can recommend the villa and have really enjoyed our holidays.

Host responded quickly, house wasn’t in great shape had an overpowering smell room deodorizer. Carpet was extremely worn, floors were dirty, dust was heavy behind bathroom door. Window in upstairs bedroom was so dirty that we could hardly see out. Smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night. Hindsight being 20/20, I never would have stayed here.

More up front info in listing on a breakdown of all the extra cost and increase your pricing instead of attaching a cost to everything. The mattresses all need to be replaced as they are all sunken in the middles.Aside from this it was enjoyable.

Everything was excellent. I was a little concerned about the code for the house because I only received it an hour in advance, but everything worked out fine in the end. Just a small note, I would place the internet in the living room because when you are on the terrace, the signal often drops out because the unit is far away. I will definitely be back again. Thank you to the landlord, there are few houses as clean and well-maintained as this one.

Comfortable stay

We were in Florida for The Spring Games. This was a bit far from Bartow (an hour plus with the traffic) but only 35 minutes to the diamond plex. The community is nice and the pool was great. Thank you for a great stay.

Enjoyed Our Vacation In Providence Near Orlando

Payed to have pool heated and was perfect temperature.Patio was in full sun facing south, we would have liked an umbrella for some shade. The house was as described, big glass coffee table was very wobbly and concerning with small children. But all in all great stay and comfortable home.

Huge home for large families

The home is beautiful, very spacious, and looks exactly like the pictures. The house was super clean the kids had an amazing time in the game room. If you are tall beware, all of the furniture is low. One of the drawbacks about the house is that some of the beds were not very comfortable and should probably be replaced because you could feel indentations in the mattress were people had slept. Also, a few of the shower heads should be replaced as well because the water shoots out everywhere when you shower. Other than that, the house was perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful and there's a grocery store 2 minutes down the road. Checking in was super easy and the host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Another Great Vacation

We love staying at this villa, one of the best we have ever booked. Very well furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for larger groups and a great pool area it does not disappoint. The development of Providence is very secure and well maintained. It is a very relaxing and quiet estate. The owner Soony and his local manager Flavio were extremely responsive to questions we asked them and offered immediate advice and assistance to us. This was extremely important as we were there during Hurricane Helene and the bigger Milton. We wouldn't hesitate to make this our ho,iday rental villa choice next time we vacation in Florida .

Great home

My family and our family friends stayed in this home for a week. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house is very big, enough room for both families(total of 9 of us). The game room was also a great feature for the kids. Beds were very comfy. The host was very prompt in responding to issues. The only thing it needs is more pots and pans to accommodate larger groups which wasn’t that big of a deal, we managed. All in all it was a great stay and everyone had a great time!

Comfortable and at home!!!

Group of nine for 5 days 4 nights and still there were 2 under utilized rooms!! ;) Pool was great with the perfect sitting area! Dining room table was perfect! Although we only used the kitchen for 1.5 meals on our stay. The game room was a plus +++ that’s where most time was shared! The beds were very comfortable. If you watch TV there are actual streams available to watch. The house was clean and everything was perfect and as expected maybe a little more!! There are a few suggestions that I would like to add which had no downfall on my stay, however simple suggestions. The front room at the entrance could be used as a movie room with a bigger tv or screen projector on the wall. Add a soaking tub in the master bath upstairs to match that wonderful shower. I was very tempted to replace the shower head with a wider one for a more dramatic effect while showering…LOL oh..and rugs at shower and tub and the door at the pool entrance. I’ll stop now you can tell now that I do event planning and decorations!!! For future guests this is the perfect location for your stay, don’t pass by it, drive up to it!!

Do not rent!!

My family rented this home for Christmas. It was not a good stay. I waited to write this review, to give Sonny a chance to respond to my last message; no response. Problems with the home: -bathrooms were not clean (hair in showers, dirty shower liners, and toilet bowls were black) -urine stain on the bed in the Master bedroom -air hockey table did not work -pool table was not level -remote control batteries needed replacing in the front room -oven was dirty and did not work Sonny and the Property Mgr responded fast to the oven issue. The oven was unable to be repaired… it’s Christmas Eve. The property mgr said that Sonny advised him to bring a propane gas tank, a convection oven, and provide pool heat “for my inconvenience.” Imagine buying Christmas dinner and having to bake everything in a convection oven 😠. The stove was not even repaired on Tuesday. I did not hear from Sonny nor the Property Mgr. We left Wednesday despite having paid until Thursday. I inquired about a partial refund. Sonny replied he could not guarantee a refund. He sends me a screen shot from the property mgr that stated the shower liner “wasn’t that dirty” and that he was charged for pool heat, a convection oven, and propane gas. As much as I paid for this rental for Christmas, that was the least you could have done! The home was not as advertised. Shower liners should be changed between guests. By the way, the pool nor the propane gas was used. Don’t waste your money. DO NOT RENT!!!

Fantastic Property In A Great Location

The villa is beautifully appointed and in a great location in the Providence Golf complex which is close to all major roads and attractions yet quiet enough to be able to get away from it all. Excellently furnished and has all the equipment you could wish for in a home from home. Sonny was a very attentive host and was quick to answer my questions. Would definitely stay here again
