Don't just admire the view from the living area of your spectacular private screened-in pool deck, become immersed in it as soon as you step past the sliding doors. This modern pool deck comes with the latest furnishings, including an extra-large dining table with room for eight guests. Have a relaxing, well-deserved day by the pool at one of the four sun loungers or two comfy sitting chairs at your leisure. There's even a picnic table for the little ones to enjoy when having a delicious meal by the pool.

Head back indoors to discover one of the most thrilling rooms in this home. The first-floor arcade room features some of the most popular arcade games around, like NBA Arcade, Deer Hunter, Basketball Arcade, Dynamo Air Hockey, and many more. Spend time with the family as they challenge one another on these exciting games at the high-top table seating for four, perfect for chowing down on a meal or lounging.

For the adults, the upstairs loft features a spacious sectional sofa for lounging and a pub table set with seating for four. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
