« Pas d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche après 16 heures de route. Le personnel savait mais nous l’a dit seulement aores avoir payé ( bris aqueduc municipal ? ) . Aucun crédit pour cet inconvénient majeur »

« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway »

« Second time there, for a week each time. Excellent hotel: perfect location between the downtown mall and the Main Street of CV. Free car park, good breakfast. Super clean rooms in excellent condition. Low noise from the street. »

« Chambre immense mais un peu vide avec peu de décoration d'où une ambiance un peu froide. Literie très bien salle de bain très bien. Personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner avec un choix limité mais suffisant. A deux minutes à pieds du centre historique. »

« This place has really gone downhill since it was the Quirk. Feels deserted. Staff is friendly but it’s so weird not to be able to order room service, charge coffee to your room, or even put lotion on after a shower. The text communication is hard to find. Just feels empty and weird. »

« We stayed in the king suite, upon arrival we noticed a damp/musty smell then we noticed water damage to a wall. Everything in the kitchenette wobbled (fridge, microwave, tea kettle), there were no forks just spoons and knives, no glasses just mugs. The hair dryer had hair stuck in it. No hand soap in the bathroom. The tv screen in the bedroom was cracked/broken. No access to the ice machine after 9pm. Parking was a nightmare. When I asked for a later check out they told me it would be $75 for...

« This hotel is fantastic! Gorgeous design, super friendly staff, perfect location, and great connection to the uva community. The rooms were well appointed with super soft robes and towels. The staff went above and beyond to greet us. We also ate at the main restaurant Poplar and the food, decor and service was perfect! I’m excited to continue to visit this fantastic addition to the uva community! »
