« Staff and overall vibe were genuinely nice, which I appreciated. That said, the room didn’t meet basic cleanliness expectations—it felt more neglected than expected. There was also some confusion at checkout about a pillow count, even though I only used one bed. Hoping this was just an off stay, because the people and location have potential. »

« The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel. »

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »

She needed all my information again, address, phone number and charged me a fee in case someone happen. She questioned me about my service dog and pretty much gave me a hard time during check in. « Stayed in accessible room. Room was located down a long hallway, farthest possible from elevator. Room was large and easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. Water pressure was low and water was either luke-warm or hot. There was no air circulation in the bathroom. my phone could not connect to the hotel wi-fi. There was no channel directory for the TV »

« The staff was friendly and professional. The suite was clean and a great size for four people to stay for a night. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect. »

« The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner wouldn't run while you're asleep. The front desk person said it was set up to only run by motion detection. This is how going green technology works. Therefore, you wake up very warm in the morning. Not happy with that at all. »

« The hotel was easy to find close to shopping and close to many eateries. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean did not interact much with the staff as we got in late was busy the next day and left early day after I would stay there again. »
