  • This recently renovated mountain home is the answer to a picture-perfect vacation! Inside Sunnyside offers a chef’s kitchen and generous seating and serving space. Enjoy not one or two, but three beautifully decorated gathering spaces. One of those gathering spaces includes foosball and air hockey! There are plenty of oversized TVs in comfortable spaces so separating the sports fans from the movies watchers is amazingly easy. Sunnyside provides lots of nooks and spaces for readers, nappers, and even serious card players. Five beautifully decorated bedrooms create privacy and extra, extra comfort. Outside Sunnyside presents spectacular opportunities for fun-lovers of just about every age. There is an onsite lake and kayaks for the adventurous ones in the gang. The new Amish built wooden playset is sure to provide hours of entertainment for youngsters. And of course, after a hard day of play, the outside hot tub will provide comfort for weekend warriors of every age! Spacious inside and out, games and play spaces inside and out, this one is sure to be everyone’s favorite Canaan Valley vacation spot. My family has planned a ski trip to this area for over 20 years. We have stayed at several different places. I would have to rate this the best place we have ever stayed. It had everything you needed to make the stay enjoyable.

Beautiful property.

We enjoyed the fish-stocked pond. The house is nicely broken up into several living areas. Even with 13 of us it was not too noisy.

Labor Day Weekend Family/Friends Trip

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous property with 8 adults and 9 kids! We had everything we needed and knew who to contact if we needed something. The hot tub, pond, and beautiful scenery were all great perks! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great house!

Great for our long ski weekend! House was well equipped with everything needed. Very clean and organized. Kids loved the game room and the adults loved the kitchen/great room space.

The Best Get Away Ever

This was our second stay at Sunnyside. It has plenty of space for our large extended family to spread out and relax. The kids loved fishing in the catch and release lake and the lake is the perfect size for a kayak race. They have added a new fire pit area that was perfect to sit around late and enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is very clean and has one of the most well stocked kitchens of any place we have stayed.

The level lot with the backdrop of the pond is just magical. The home was clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items for preparing big meals like our group does. Having essentially 3 master suites was a nice bonus.

We have rented it a couple times now for a large family reunion. All the amenities are available. Very well stocked kitchen as well as extra linens & towels. I would definitely recommend.
