Let start with check in which was less than desirable. We were given a room but after I suffered( you're forced to hear a spiel about some meetings or something) from another person just to get my parking pass and I said i wasn't interested and that we were there just tw weeks ago, I was told someone was still in an room . Then they were trying to give me another but had to come back the next morning to get Another room which I said i want my money back if have switch rooms the next day. So then I was given another rm.I went uo and low and behold there's people still in there, we go back down to the lobby and are given another so we go back Up and this room has not been cleaned, dirty linen on bathroom floor, the bed was unmade with dirty linen balled up on the corner, over filled trash bag on top of trash can, used water bottles on the table so we go Back down to the lobby, then are given our last room but the nice clerk goes and checks this room himself. Finally success! The guy that checked us in was very nice and polite but seems to have problem with the computer stating the stuff is not getting updated. Also the ac has been broken in the lobby for over two weeks. The view from the balcony is great. Just before checking out of our room I was going to wash a couple of dishes but there was no dish soap in the room. I use to love the maverick but this new vacation management or whatever its called is well, less than desirable. I hope the owners get better management
