Delighted in Deland
This house was awesome for my family. I traveled with my kids and parents and there was plenty of room for us all. I have family living in Deland and one day they came over as well and we were all comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we needed and far enough from what we did not want. House was clean, kitchen stocked, and the pool was so nice. I would return during warmer months to enjoy the pool. My kids enjoyed it every day even though the high each day was low 70’s. Also, communication with the property manager was great before and during our stay.

Outstanding communication
My family enjoyed staying at this residence. The communication with the owners was easy and convenient. Their willingness to accommodate us was extremely nice during the holidays. Excellent property and manager
This is the perfect house to stay in when visiting Deland and Daytona. It is close to an abundance of interesting places, shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TV's, but the owners were very quick to respond to communication and fixed the issue promptly. Have stayed at this house twice now and will again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house and pool were very well maintained and clean. We had enough space for our three families. Great house. Clean and tidy. The two bed bedrooms are huge. I knew they were by the pics but bigger than I expected. Pool was the perfect size and spent a lot of time on the covered patio. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip
This property was in the perfect location! We were able to enjoy Daytona beach, spend time with family that lives in Deltona and not too far for a couple of days at Disney. We had the best of time! The rooms were so spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family breakfast as well as dinners. Last but not least the property owners were so accommodating and kind. We were going to arrive late in the evening and they were kind enough to make sure the house was not dark. We would def consider this property again for our next family trip to Florida! Thanks!

Wedding Weekend
This was the perfect property for our son's wedding weekend at Harmony Gardens, which was about 18 minutes away. The bridesmaids and 2 mothers all met at the house the morning of the wedding to have our hair and makeup done. Plenty of room for 3 stylists to set up little stations and work their magic. One of the bathroom had an extra sink outside the bath, sink and toilet room which was very helpful for a bunch of young women. The house is very close to downtown and Publix.

Beautiful house
The owner always communicated promptly when needed. The house is beautiful and the bedrooms large, especially 2 of them. The house was well appointed for an extended stay. The only thing lacking was a hair dryer. We didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the rainy weekend, but there were plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and floats to use. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. This is the perfect house to stay at if you are visiting Daytona. Two turns and a short drive, and you are on the main street through Daytona. We will definitely stay at this house again the next time we are in the area.

We rented this house twice now. It really meets our needs. We love the outdoor space and pool. There is plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to I4 and lots of local restaurants and stores. Owners are quick to respond. We plan to return.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing this house was. From super spacious bedrooms,comfy beds, a clean pool area to an over all amazing host. This house has everything you need for a great stress free family vacation. My two kids enjoyed getting up every morning and jumping right in the pool before breakfast. The house is a short drive to multiple beaches. Easy to pack up a lunch and spend the day at the ocean. Shops located a few miles away, so anything you may have forgot is right down the road. I can't wait to bring my family down again.

The house was beautiful, I took my kids and I for a week vacation. The kids loved the pool, it was centrally located from family and friends houses for them to visit and only 35 min from/to airport and 30 min to Daytona. We would definitely rent from Dagan and his wife again!

Super Rental for Family
We rented this house for family members attending a wedding at Bridle Oaks in Deland. They loved the house with the large bedrooms and pool area. Perfect location only a few minutes from the wedding venue. Super clean and comfortable. The owner even refunded one nights stay when our relatives left a day early. That was not expected, but appriciated. Thanks.

Great home, great location.
My daughter was graduating from Emery Riddle in Daytona and I rented this house for me and my kids. The place was perfect. Big enough for us all to have a space, cute house. Our favorite part was the screened in seating area by the pool. This was our favorite hang-out during our stay and it was comfortable and very nice. We were really close to Daytona also, so it was perfect. I will definitely look at this property again in the future.

Great house!
The house was exactly as listed on the website. It was clean, and very spacious. The bedrooms were huge! My inlaws had to back out due to health issues, so it was just my husband and I that stayed there, however it is a great house for extended families. We attended my sons graduation at Stetson University and it was very close to campus. The pool was a big plus! I would definitely recommend renting this house!

Location, location, location!
Pulling up to the property we had an idea of what we had rented for the week but this home blew us away. Immaculately cleaned inside, spacious and a pool for the kids. This home was the best VRBO home we've stayed in. Check in and communication with the owner was seamless. This property has a great location 1:15 minutes or less to New Smyrna, Daytona, St. Augustine, Apopka (Kelly Rock Springs), and of course Disney! Thank you Franson rentals!

Incredibly Spacious & Comfortable!
Our stay was fantastic. The location is great, you’re not any more than 10 minutes from any store or restaurant you may want to go to. Daytona beach also wasn’t a bad drive, you’re super close to the highway that takes you directly there. The house was great! We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone and their belongings- the bedrooms are massive! (I would say it’s a good idea to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags though if you have a group the size of mine). I would also like to note that we had a small issue with a window early in our trip and we could not be happier with the prompt response from Dagan. Within 20 minutes of reporting our issue he was there to fix it- so great! We also really enjoyed the pool area. Even though we didn’t experience the greatest weather on our trip, we were able to sit outside in the covered patio area while it was raining which was really nice. Thank you again Lizandra and Dagan, we really enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to travel in the area!

Winter Wedding
This house was perfect for our family of 9 who were attending a wedding at the Bridal Oaks in DeLand, Florida. With 4 persons per room in 2 of the bedrooms, it was like having a dormatory style pajama party! The kitchen even had a enough appliances and utensils that (with the addition of our own specialty equipment), we were able to the make and decorate the wedding cake! Sadly, it was too cold to swim in the pool-better luck next time! Would definitely stay there again should I need housing in Deland.

Property was much larger than I had envisioned, there was plenty of space for us (especially the teenagers!) to spread out. This house met all our needs and beyond. The rooms are very spacious, as well as the kitchen and living and dinning rooms. We were very comfortable and having the pool was just amazing. We could really tell that the hosts put thought into their rental and guests. The house gave us a private place to spend time with family, including my mother with cancer, and avoid crowds. The home was well organized and clean. The outdoor area was a huge hit! Centrally located for actives, restaurants, and stores.
